Having a hot woman in a studio movie is not an accomplishment! Finding a sexy actress in Hollywood is like going to the beach and finding sand (and they're both silicone based).

Kete

I hate sand.  It gets everywhere.

Fuzzy Necromancer

I love water, but I think that the movie would be improved by Megan Fox's character unhinging her jaw and devouring some annoying supporting characters whole.

Then Sam Whitwhicky would say "No!" a lot.

And maybe some giant robots would fight.
Love doesn't hurt. It kills.

Know what's awesome about this?

Quote from: via Heidi Montag on Twitter"Michael Bay I love your work! I know what a artistic brilliant genius you are! Cast me in the next Transformers."

That would prevent me from ever watching the movie even if it had the riff.

Her face is now about as real as Optimus Prime, so I think it'd perfect.  (And I thought she was actually quite attractive before the surgery)

An interesting comment on comingsoon.net (emphasis added):

QuoteWoah! That's actually a MASSIVE shock.

Mind you. I don't believe she's not in it at least a small bit. Shia said there are gonna be a lot of human deaths, so maybe she gets killed right from the start to give a darker feel to the film and Shia's character whereby he'll actually HATE the Decepticons and maybe even the Autobots for destroying his life. Paramount not picking up her option I don't think means she can't have a lesser contract for less screentime, at least that's what happens in every else that involves contracts ie sports.

Still, if she isn't in it at all this will have a HUGE impact on the characters' stories.

Pardon my bloodthirstiness, but dear god that would be satisfying.

EDIT - The new buzz is that Gemma Arterton (Miss Fields in Quantum of Solace, that immortal woman in Clash of the Titans, the Princess in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) is at the top of the replacement list. THAT would be interesting - and open up a slew of accent joke potential, riffing-wise: http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=66238

If you came up with that yourself, give yourself a hand.  I like it.

Yes I did (around the time the first Bayformers movie came out). And thanks.

I did like Megan Fox in How to Lose Friends & Alienate People with Simon Pegg, as she was playing the prototypical spoiled young actress, which suited her perfectly.

I think the succubus in Jennifer's Body suited her perfectly as well.

I don't think she even knew she was in a movie, she was just being herself and thought the paparazzi were following her around with 35mm cameras and she was getting money because she's "hawt".

Apparently, this is Megan Fox's replacement:

Gross.

So Michael Bay can't even do THAT anymore? He can't find a sexy enough ACTRESS in Hollywood. He has to get a model. *sigh* Goddamnit.

Plenty of models go on to be actresses.  Some of them even turn out to be good actresses.   :)
