Thanks a lot,I had just managed to wipe that scene from my memory and now you have to go and remind me :gouge:

Just saw this in an article about 3d movies. (Bay's not a big fan of them.)

QuoteBay uses the same top-shelf crews and visual effects teams on all his films, and he bolstered the quality of his Transformers 3 cast with Frances McDormand and John Malkovich.

Huh. That's actually a good sign for me. Malkovich actually acts, even in a movie where he's making a boat payment. (Heck, he even tried to perform in Eragon and Beowulf.) Ditto for McDormand. Plus it'll allow Mike and the boys to break out the Minnewegian accents again. Because even if Bay manages to make The Magnificent Cybertronians, it'll still get riffed.

Well I just fubared up my copy and paste...

FARG!

John Malkovich will be in the 3rd TFs  Hopefully he'll not attach himself to a bad movie, which means he's seen the script already.  You know what I mean.

I don't want to type out what I typed out.  DANGIT and I lost my copy in my buffer...      :grr: :grr: :grr:

And it's going to be July 2011

The twins are out?  How can we have a serious movie without them?
Bay must have deemed them not offensive enough for the next movie. Now we will have Quadruplets, who are Italian mobster characatures who turn into a pizzamaker, with Tourettes syndrome.

You're on to something with the quadruplets, but I don't think Italian stereotypes are offensive enough.  I think they'll be holocaust deniers.

They'll be totally different in the new movie.  They'll be named Poopstain and Dingleberry.

Cosmic Muse

According to this article there will be more of a human consequence ramification in the third film, not that this was a focal point in the first movie even. They sort of fudged over people dying in the big battle scene  at the end of the original movie.

Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

THAT'S WHAT WE WANNA FUCKING SEE!

Emphasis on SEE!! I'd like to be able to actually SEE the robots fighting, Bay! Not a bunch of indecipherable metal shards that are all the same color (except the twins who were easy to spot, no fucking thanks). Heck, even the fight in the forest was barely identifiable. I give them credit for putting them in an environment so they didn't blend in with their surroundings, but they still blended in with each other when they were grappling!

Fuzzy Necromancer

Honestly, it should be an improvement just as long as Sam Whitwhicky doesn't go to robot heaven.
Love doesn't hurt. It kills.

I'd say he goes to robot hell, but I think these movies are already there.
