So is Michael Bay still going to direct the third one? He mentioned him doing a smaller movie in between. Michael Bay (love him or hate him) has never done a small movie. Maybe if he ends up doing something else and it turns out to be a huge endeavor, he will pass the reigns to someone else. Of coarse, it'd probably be one of his flunkies at Platinum Dunes, and they wouldn't change the designs of the robots. GAH! Why didn't Spielberg get one of his earlier proteges to do this? Like Dante?
