That's weird.  Why is an ISO more expensive then and MPEG?

Maybe the ISO comes with menus (or maybe not).

So, any idea when we're going to get the gift certificates?

They have just been added (more info below).

So, if I bought the VOD, I can now go to my files and re-download?

Correct. (WMV version still has about 20 mins left to go, and the DVD probably won't be done until tomorrow, but if you got the DivX, mp4 or mpeg-2 (RAR-ified) versions, you can redownload those now if you want.)

Also, Gift Certificates for $10 have been added to your account (if you opted for that, and not the full refund). Let me know if you didn't get yours.

Umm...  OK, I may be an idiot,,,  (insert your lame joke here)  but the Burn to DVD isn't up yet?  Should I just cancel the 4 files I am downloading now?

Uh.. Yuh..

And go back to molesting your Toaster :speechless:

You seem to be very interested in  my love life.  Maybe you need to stop thinking about my wang!  :gouge:

Anyway, since they were nice enough to give me the 9.99 gift certificate, I just used it to buy the VOD.  So I will have the MPEG that I watch the shorts in, and a DVD when it gets fixed.

Thanks Rifftrax guys.  You have made you customers happy even after an EPIC FAIL!  Now you have an EPIC WIN!

at 6:40 on Tuesday.  $10 gift certificates have been added to everyone who bought a ticket to the live show (that didn't opt out and ask for a refund.)

Just to make sure I understand correctly, only the $10 have been added so far, and the $9.95 for those that bought the VOD already will be added later?

Just got Crossroads, Glitter and Point Break, plus a short (You and Your Family) with my 10 bucks(I still have four whole cents left!).  You guys handled this unfortunate situation admirably

Yeah, since that's a segment of the one list, we had to do one thing at a time. This will happen first thing tomorrow.

You're right. If you re-read the post of mine, which you quoted, there's a part where I said the DVD probably won't be available until tomorrow. :)

At least you didn't outright call me an idiot!!  LOL

BTW, watched the VOD last night.  Everything was great!  Also a very funny riff.  Kinda reminds me of the line in ICWXP's Bloody Pit of Horror when they say "Bloody Pit of Sightseeing!"
I am the Devil, and I am here to do the Devil's work.

gbeenie

I'm confuzled. If I purchased the full-meal deal, when will the VOD show up (I've already got my gift certificate)? I apologize if this has already been addressed.
