Just wanted to echo the sentiment of: CLASS ACT, RiffTrax.

Thank you for doing the right thing without any hesitation. This is indeed the way to keep loyal customers (as if most of us weren't loyal in the first place). But you've done right by those that would support you no matter what as well as those who might be pissed-off at the technical difficulties.
