Download to Burn files are now available again, and have been updated/fixed in your My Files area.

Rock on!!
I am the Devil, and I am here to do the Devil's work.

Also, two things happened:

VOD purchasers got their $10 gift certificate.
Live Show Ticket Purchasers got the VOD files added to their accounts for free.

If anyone didn't get theirs, let me know.

So, just to understand, if you purchased the $15 level 2 package, you will NOT see the burn to DVD files and you should wait until the VOD files appears?    I do not see the burn to dvd files and that is what I am assuming.

Thanks.

I did get the certificate, but no files as of yet.

Hey, the files jsut showed up!    I guess I need more patience......... THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I bought the download-to-burn option, and ended up getting VOD files instead of a certificate. I'd kind of rather have the $10 credit, since VOD files aren't much use to me...

People who bought the D-2-b option should only have gotten VOD files if you had also purchased tickets to the live show. Did you? Also when did you buy the Burn option? If you bought the Burn option, did you not get any Burn files in your account?

And Bob, by the way, I am looking at your account and I see 6 files with "Planet_Of_Dinosaurs" in the filename. EDiT: Glad you see them now.

I bought the D2B option the day the show was supposed to be (As soon as they were available.. Actually before they were available.) I'd purchased the $15 package. I have the burn files. And now I have the $10 certificate and the VoD (Which, again, isn't too useful if I have the burn files)

Crap! I was downloading the old 4 part files again when the new 3 part .rar files appeared in my account..

Can you guys delete the bad files from my account (if possible) please?? :-[

Is there a reason why you can't ignore them? Sorry, I'm not seeing an issue here. You got a) the files you wanted, plus some extras and b) the refund for the live show... is there something I'm missing? Sorry if I'm being obtuse... if you can make your case I'll look into fixing it.

They are not "bad" files. You really need to read the description of each one. The 4-part files are the Download-to-Burn DVD image, the 3-part file is the Mpeg-2. There is a difference.

Oh, I don't MIND the extra files, but people who purchased the VoD got an extra $10 back. I didn't get the extra $10. I just got some redundant files. I wouldn't even be fully refunded, because I only have a $10 certificate to show for the $15 purchase.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not being ungrateful. You guys are going above and beyond, but I assumed the people who bought the $12 D2B option would be given the same $10 credit as those who bought the VoD.

Conor

Yes, we didn't realize we had a more complicated issue than we thought of.  We will grant additional certs if you bought a live ticket + download to burn as well.
