I'm actually more interested in this one than I ever was about the other two, now that it kind of sounds like Bay's formula is collapsing in on itself.

So Chicago's gonna get destroyed in this film, apparently: http://newsblogs.chicagotribune.com/clout_st/2010/06/daley-welcomes-mayhem-of-transformers-movie.html

No doubt part of some elaborate "revenge on Roger Ebert" gag that ultimately amounts to nothing, ala Emmerich's "Godzilla".

Well, for once it's not Houston and/or New York. I don't know if anyone has noticed, but those two US cities seem to get destroyed a lot in movies (though they've tapered off New York a bit since 9-11). At least all the movies I've seen.

So what's the Milwaukee Art Museum going to transform into?

It's indeed a phenomenal landmark...

Maybe it can transform into a robot that untucks its shirt whenever it has a small victory!   :D

'

It looks like The Horror of Party Beach.

Whatever it turns into, ten bucks Michael Bay's gonna have it acting the cybernetic organism equivalent of drunk...

Considering all the mishaps that have been plaguing this movie, there are some who are saying that this movie is cursed. Maybe for Megan Fox's sake it was a good thing she decided not to be in this film.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

Also, I almost want to see this, just to snicker at it in the theater with my friends. I'm guessing this will be 3D? (In which case I will look for a theater showing it in 2D  :P)

Doctor Who?

Am I the only person on the planet who does not care about this movie after the first two sucked so badly?

Really?

You are really saying that only good films make a lot of money at the box office?

Wow.

I don't think I need to even debate that.  I will just let your post speak for it's self.  Anyone who thinks that a movie's quality can be judged based solely on it's box office take isn't going to respond to logic any way so why should I bother.
