Is the forum ok?? I know this hasn't been a good weekend for you guys and the forum having glitches dosen't help either..

I haven't noticed anything, what's going wrong?

I purchased the VOD before this was decided, so do I get a refund for the VOD as well?

Frankly, this is far above and beyond anything I would have asked for. This the the finest customer service I've seen since the late lamented Sharper Image (who would just hand you a new version of the broken item you bought from them two years ago when you brought it to their stores - no questions asked).

If I could wish for only one thing more, it would be that you restock the classic RiffTrax shirt in your stores!  I was ready to get one of those babies and they're sold out!

Again, you guys (as always) rule.  You make us feel welcome, and treat us like family.

The ones you actually like, not the ones you tolerate during the holidays.

There was no hard feelings anyway about the technical issues because that stuff happens, but this was a classy move anyway.

I couldn't get in to buy it cuz the store pretty much stopped working.  However, after the wheels came off, I bout the burn to DVD version.  I assume that when it's fixed I will be able to re-download??  That's all I want.  I think it's great how you guys have handled this, but since I wasn't able buy the live show ticket, the only thing I expect is the files in my downloads when it is remixed.

Bravo for trying to do something different.  I hope that you can find a way to do it in the future.  It's a very cool idea!

We will update the original post of this thread when the Download to Burn and VOD files are fixed.

I think it's only for the live show... either way you get the $10 credit. Pretty sure that's how it was going to work.

Yeah perhaps that was somewhat vague. I have to reconvene but I think Conor was right - if you also purchased the VOD after the fact, we'll give you another certificate in the amount of the purchase price so you can go buy something else with it, since you'll be getting it for free now.

But I think that might be the case if, and only if, you also bought tickets to the live event. I think if you "only" bought the VOD then it may not apply to you.

I'll try to get some more details this morning.
