[YouTube video featuring fake interview.]

Did anyone see the comments section of that video? There are morons posting antisemitic comments, and actually getting THUMBS UP for saying "fuck these kikes" or whatever (never mind the fact that being Jewish has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you're funny. Let us not forget Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner, among others)....one of these dickheads actually posted a swastika and got a thumbs up vote. What kind of bullshit is that? >:(

There was another post that pissed me off, that suggested that Yoko Ono is somehow worthy of the same amount of hate as Friedberg/Seltzer and Uwe Boll (why, I don't know), and that all of them should be killed. (The fact is, none of these people should be killed, no matter what you think of any of them.) Though, while that comment did bother me, at least it didn't contain any bigotry. At least there's something to be thankful for, simple idiocy in favor of straight up evil.

Hey guys.. Being one of the creators of that video, I just wanted to point out that we have ABSOLUTELY NO AFFILIATION with anyone leaving anti-semitic comments or posts!  We had nothing to do with the positive repping of those posts (not to mention that the swastika symbol doesn't even show up on our computers, it just displays a small box so we didn't even know it was there)

I apologize if anyone was offended.. The reason we made the interview was to simply mock the directors/ producer of the movies because we despise what their films do to the movie industry.. We intentionally avoided any jokes that could've been too severe or offensive, so don't blame us for the comments that others leave because that's not what we intended for

jacobtaylor: I'm glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for posting it, haha  :)

you're welcome

I understand that its creators had nothing to do with any bigots that watched it and commented on it, and I never stated that I hold the creators of the video responsible for the trash in the comments section. I have absolutely no qualms about the video itself, as I had never intended to watch it.

I really don't care for most of the stuff on YouTube that was actually created for the people that watch it, and I rarely watch any of it. This isn't personal, and it has nothing to do with anyone specific, I just have other things that I would rather do.

It's cool I understand where you're coming from.. I just wanted to clear the air before it got too hectic

Meet the Spartans does not mean the end of life on earth, THIS does.
QuoteThe spoof comedy "Meet the Spartans" took in around $19 million and the first place this weekend, having a virtually identical opening weekend with last year's spoof "Epic Movie."

Sylvester Stallone drew a mix of older and younger fans to the return of his '80s action hero, "Rambo." The film took $18.2 million from 2,751 locations, taking second place and outperforming Stallone's "Rocky Balboa," which grossed $12.2 million during its first weekend.

Other openers were "Untraceable," which grossed $11 million at 2,368 locations, and the dancing drama "How She Move," which managed only $4.2 million at 1,531 theaters.

Last weekend's top opener "Cloverfield," tumbled 68% in its second week, grossing $12.7 million and landing at number four. The film has now earned a total of $64.3 million on a $25 million budget.

Several Oscar favorites got a big bounce the weekend after nominations were announced. "Juno" lost 108 screens but went up 3% at the box office, grossing $10.3 million and inching its way over the $100 million mark. Quirky comedy was number six for the weekend.

Other best picture nominee to break the top 10 was "There Will Be Blood," which more than doubled its release to 885 theaters and grossed $4.9 million, landing it at number 8 for the weekend. The film's total is now $14.8 million.
:'(

I have just lost all faith in the human race :speechless:

Don't sweat it. These movies will be buried and forgotten years from now. People pay to see these movies because they're bored and Hollywood isn't offering anything better. When Hollywood starts making better movies, people won't pay to see this shit.
This iRiff will only be on sale for another few hours. Get it while it's cheap!

Sadly though this kind of shit will always be with us, as Jesus might have put it  :)

Quote40 Year old virgin was funny, Knocked Up and Superbad were almost a completely unfunny waste of time, tho.

Ah, the subjectivity of comedy! I didn't much care for Knocked Up, but I absolutely LOVED Superbad! Imagine that.

And I vastly preferred Knocked Up to Superbad.  Go figure.

Anycrap, the fact that this flaming turd of a "movie" reached #1 at the box office makes me want to shoot myself in the head.

Farewell, fellow 'Traxers!  I'ma go chillax with Heath Ledger!  At least HE knew a good script when he saw one.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

I have one question: does anybody sane or having good taste actually think scat gags are funny. I mean jeez I could possibly understand the cat litter/sandman gag but dear lord did we need to see one during the penguin fight.

Saw it. Didn't pay a dime to see it, and I was STILL over-charged. How in the blue hell did this piece of shit come in at #1 last week? For god's sake, it was only an hour and seven minutes long!

To those 2 hacks, poop + people falling over + pop culture references that don't even make sense = comedy

It's amazing what a flood of marketing can do for the biggest steaming piles of caca.  What I'd say is MORE surprising is that it's 2nd week landed it at #5!  There should've been multitudes of people filling the streets crying out about the end of the apocalypse that this movie brought about.  Alas, it makes it in the Top 5 its following week.  ???
