Details on getting set up for the Gizmoplex are supposed to come out today.

We're supposed to be getting an update today with details on codes and such.

And that update is now coming tomorrow so they can get everything just right with intuitive and useful help documentation. As someone who does help documentation for a living, I am sympathetic.

And I'm in. Ironically my update came a minute after i posted 'Weren't the updates supposed to be sent yesterday? People are already complaining about log in issues.'

Had no issues registering both. The annual pass is worth $40,000 without the coupon, so make sure it registers that coupon.

Woohoo! I was able to use the links to get my account activated and the app set up on my Firestick with no problem. And I sent the links to my brother and friend for theirs.

I'm really afraid to click into the gizmplex because it says I'm agreeing to let them charge my card one thoussand dollars.
Then above that it says 1000 - 1000 = 0 dollars
WTF with that?

Roku looks like it set up the app successfully, althought I initially searched for a Gizmoplex app instead of the MST3K app.

Roku looks like it set up the app successfully, althought I initially searched for a Gizmoplex app instead of the MST3K app.

I just did the same thing, when a search starting with giz gave no hits I went to the website and found I had to search for mystery....  Now I'll be able to watch on my home theater instead of my PC.

Although logging into the app the first time on my Roku stalled, after a few minutes I hit the home button and restarted the app and I was then logged in.

So this first episode was Kinga and Max watching Jonah and the bots watching El Santo and his colleagues watching a bad Dracula movie.

I am enjoying the new show, but what is up with the new door sequence? Season 11 and 12 had actual models of the different rooms but this looks like...pictures of those models or something?

Watched via Roku. Made it through the techinical diifficulties which made for about a 30 minute late start.
Didn't care much for the new take on the theme song. Green screen really, really obvious. Skit with the soda (that was not part of the episode) felt like a throw back to something that would have been an invention exchange on the original run and was a perfect example of thrown together goofiness that we have never seen in the host segments of the new run. Would rate the episode in the upper half of the new run due to riffing, Mean Gene host segment, and no terrible over produced songs.

Were they actual models or computer renderings made to look like models?
I liked new sequence this season, but like everything so far this season...green screen.
