I know this is really nitpicking here, but...so they have a couch that is just made of empty pizza boxes? How does that support their weight? Or is very comfortable at all?

Otherwise I actually do like the look of this set. On the one hand it is a big budget movie so I kind of expect the set to look good. But given that it actually LOOKS like something from the TV show, and not modernized or changed for no reason, kudos for that.

It looks like stacks of empty unfolded boxes, bent to form both the seat and the back of the sections of the sofa.  Yeah, that would hold their weight for the "sitting on" part... the back of the "sofa" not so much.

So here's the gossip I heard from a fellow electrician who worked on the movie:

The director is a narcissistic clueless idiot who cares more about where and when his credit will show up in the opening credits than actually directing the movie, as he was often arguing that his name should be above Michael Bay's when he should have been working.

Also, the director had two assistants, one male and one female. He was fucking the female but got tired of her halfway through the movie. He didn't have a reason to fire her, so he made his other assistant send her an email saying she was fired for taking a shit in the bathroom of the director's trailer.  But then a month later he changed his mind and yelled at his assistant for sending such a mean email then brought the girl back.

So yeah, I'm super pumped for the movie!
