Dr. Strange (2016) SPOILERS

I saw it today. I really liked it. I was surprised at the amount of humor, since the trailers didn't have much in them.
I did have an issue with all of the "natural order" stuff, because despite how much they talk about it, we still don't know what that really means. Why is Doctor Strange's use of magic spells at the end of the movie so much different than their use of other spells on a regular basis?
Otherwise, it was a good movie. I may not buy it on DVD, but it was a worthy Marvel movie, and I would like to see him in further movies, and together with the other MCU characters.
I am wondering if Doctor Strange is going to be in Thor: Ragnarok, based on the mid credits sequence.
Was his cape it's own being in the comics? I haven't read any of them.
