Vision to be played by Paul Bettany, who is JARVIS.  So, are they the same character?  Probably.

Andy Serkis sighting, they're still keeping quiet about who he's playing.  Given his usual acting roles it has to be wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide open too, EXCITING

This intrigued me the most as well. Can't wait to see what they're going to do with Andy Serkis.

I think part of Fox's X-Men movie contract says that non-Fox movies about Marvel characters aren't allowed to use "mutant" as a superpower.

He's been helping Ruffalo with the mocap for Hulk, but will have his own character in the movie as well.

Maybe but you see his face in the trailer and he's in the cast so I'm thinking possibly he'll be a character however given his normal roles his human role becoming a mocap role wouldn't be a huge leap.  They're being really secretive about him too
