I'm actually really surprised that news of another Hulk movie stalled as quick as it did, Given how much heat there was behind him right when Avengers came out.

I never denied that it took a lot of time, effort, and money to do a big project like a movie, but 3 years?  Doesn't principal photography on movies usually take like a month?  Even if it takes 3 years, why announce it so far in advance?
