We have a title, courtesy of Comic Con

Odd that title-wise, they are relating it to the mini-series with mixed reviews, especially since the only connection will be Ultron (since that mini-series heavily focused on Wolverine and the Invisible Woman going back in time to kill Hank Pym, and then prevent themselves from doing that).  Anyway, Ultron is a favourite of mine for the visual, but I was hoping that they would make Thanos the next villain (maybe this means he will be the villain for Gaurdians of the Galaxy) and hopefully they won't wait so long to use him that no one cares any more.  Also, assuming this isn't a "Khan isn't in this movie" type ruse, that means Ultron won't be the villain for Ant-Man.

Starman!

Well, again, I don't think they are adapting that so much as using the same villain and using a familiar name, but it is a 10 issue crossover mini-series.  More likely, they are going to adapt the original Vision story in which Ultron creates the vision in order to kill the Avengers, but he ends up betraying him to join the Avengers.

That would debunk the whole Coulson is actually Vision theory I imagine. Or at least complicate things.

I liked Caulson, but I really hope they don't bring him back. That's the kind of silly shit in the comic books that the movies should keep away from.

Johnny Unusual

We'll he's going to be in the SHIELD series anyway.

QuoteJames Spader will face off against Earth's Mightiest Heroes as the villain in Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron," the sequel to 2012's record-breaking "Marvel's The Avengers." The Emmy Award-winning actor will play Ultron in the Avengers' much anticipated return to the big screen from writer/director Joss Whedon. The film comes to theaters on May 1, 2015.
