Yeah they arrive in the future five days before my missus' fifth 39th birthday.

Saw where today is the day Marty McFly landed in the future, I thought it was 2014.

Anyway, where's the flippin' hoverboards?
People were saying the same thing in 2010.  It's not true.  They very distinctly said 2015.  I've seen that movie dozens of times.

Darth Geek

Yeah, I never got the confusion there. He travels in time in very distinct 30 year increments (except to the old west, which is 70 years), so it was clearly 2015.

And a week before my 25th.

Today I learned how bad the water inside a fire sprinkler smells. My department manager knocked the head off of one causing a nice big flood inside the dairy cooler. Apparently no one in the store knew how to shut it off, so water kept pouring in and the alarms went off until the fire department showed up. The best part was how nobody (customers or employees) seemed to give a shit about the alarms.

I'd stay away from the ER. Most insurance plans won't cover much of ER visits, and if it's not an emergency, get in on Monday. Just stay off it and ice it.

Reminds me, I have to call my insurance on Monday to figure out what the hell the deal is with this check they sent me. For some reason they took care of all but $250 of my ER visit without me having to do anything, but for some reason they have to send me a check for the ambulance ride, and then I have to forward that on to the fire department. But the check they sent me is for $140 out of $245, and I have to cover the rest. But the fire department's bill for the ambulance was for $711 (to take me 6 blocks by the way). So now I'm just confused.

Problem solved!  Turns out I just pay all of it.... bleh....

I need to be more specific when I start wishing problems would go away.

My cousin was right at the finish line of the Boston Marathon where there were just two explosions.  I have a ton of friends & family who were there, but he's the only one I know that was where the explosions happened.  Hoping to hear back from him...

Tripe

Fingers crossed K1, sorry this is happening. :(

K2's fiance is ok.

Just heard from my cousin via Twitter.

Still have friends & former co-workers who were there, but I assume they are ok and probably were at the bars in the area.

MartyS (Gromit)

This is messed up.  Still looking to see if there are extra bombs.

Just heard the 3 people from work that were up there are OK.

Bob

Why on earth would someone do that?   What sense does that make?

Tripe

Well that is, in essence, what terrorism is, intended to startle and frighten and confuse.

RVR II

Just catching up on this.. WTF ???

Seriously? This really happened?!

You can't make sense of insanity.
And I'm worse than Hitler.
