I think the joke went right over your head.

My copy of Suburban Knights arrived today, and I've watched all the bonus features except the commentaries, which I'll get to soon.

While none of the bonus features reach the pure hilarity of Kickassia's Ken Burns mockumentary, the twenty minute blooper reel is delightful, and the behind the scenes documentary is amazing. The section where Doug, Rob, and Michaud were ready to give up but Holly and the cast wouldn't let them is one of the most heartwarming things I've ever seen.

Yeah, that is a really good behind the scenes. And the Ken Burns style mockumentory for Kickassia was genius!

I remember seeing a part where Doug is thanking everyone in the basement bar and he refers to this moment.  Is that what you're referring to or is that actually caught on tape?

It's actually on tape. First we see the meeting between Michaud, Rob, and Doug, where they're depressed and trying to figure out their options. Then we see Doug addressing the cast in a hotel room, asking them to vote on what to do...only to be told they already voted, and they're all in. Complete with heroic speeches from Angry Joe and Linkara!

Yeah, I've seen that at pretty much every convention I've been to. I have all of the sets put out by Rhino and Shout! so far and don't really need to double up on so many by buying entire seasons. Especially since they would be in lousy video quality anyway.

The one thing I did want, but couldn't find was a synced up Rifftrax of SWHS. The audio and video of the SWHS I dowloaded from Google drifts so much it's distracting.

Starman!

Went to MovieStop this weekend and picked up:

Cannonball Run and Grease were both new.  Sin City was used.  And the two (used) DVDs were part of their 2 for $5 sale.

George Clooney should forget about making another Ocean's flick and just remake Cannonball Run instead.
