You can do a spoiler tag here.

I liked the movie but it didn't enthrall me. Maybe I need to see it again since we went to the midnight show and I was zoning out in parts of it. My biggest complaint that there weren't enough robot fights for my taste. Who cares about plot and exposition, I just want to see robots beating the shit out of each other (I liked Transformers 1 & 2 for this reason).

I'm surprised you could tell those were robots fighting.  Transformers one and two just looked like people throwing wads of tinfoil with brand names printed on them.

Maybe he was just watching the Mark 2 suit scene in Iron Man and shaking his screen like an Etch-A-Sketch.

I just got home from watching Ironman 2 and while not as enchanting as the first movie, it was still just as good. I just loved Sam Rockwell's little dance before his presentation. My only real complaint is that there wasn't enough of Mickey Rourke's Whiplash in the movie. Oh, and I'd love to see a Crimson Dynamo in a film. They set it up quite perfectly.

P.S. Did anyone else get a Robocop 2 type vibe with the Stark Expo? Even War Machine's arm pad had the words ED on it which made me think of the ED209.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

I like artificial grape flavor, but I hate real grapes.  A paradox!?

I've never seen Ghost World.

BBQ Platypus

Saw it.  Liked it.  Not quite as good as the first one, but close.
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Tyrant

I thought it was awesome! I loved seeing the War Machine suit in action. I've always preferred that suit to Tony's (munitions are way cooler than energy based weapons, IMO). I didn't really see or notice any glaring flaws overall. Robert Downey Jr. just simply rocks in this role. Pak made the observation after the movie that he's probably the only Marvel superhero portrayed in live action who's more interesting outside the costume (or suit, as the case may be) than in it. I can't help but agree.
