Long jokes.  Avatar's recent Amway one was a little boring to me (though I liked the applause and the "Amway bit.  Thank you." part afterwards).  It's not that I think that they are bad, it's just that to me, they interrupt the flow of the rifftrax.
I like artificial grape flavor, but I hate real grapes.  A paradox!?

You may not want to watch Attack of the Clones/Revenge of the Sith.  Yoda gets a lot of poop jokes for some reason.
