Shouldn't Fishburne be too busy with "CSI" to do this?

Well, with an ensemble cast like that, I don't think he's so busy that he couldn't manage to work both schedules.  Besides, they might be on their winter break right now, freeing up some time for him.

Personally, I'm glad someone like Fishburne is in the movie.  He's awesome.

Oh, I love him too...wish he was doing more movies rather than a TV show that has kind of run it's course....

and me too as well... ditto.

Honestly I kind of lost interest in it when I heard about Topher Grace, but he totally renewed my interest. I hope he kicks Predator ass in this

I haven't been following this as I didn't think this was gonna hit theaters this year, but July 9th?!! Killer, and the site's up w/ a sneak peek of what's to come...

I'm really, really digging the concept art for the Predator Hound:

You two, tell the studio to fuck a PG-13 rating!!

Hmm the spikes seem a little impractical for a hunting beastie. The cool thing about the Predator is that, despite the obviously alien physiognomy, it's pretty well prepared for hunting over rough terrain.

Most hunting dogs are lean and without much in the way of encumbrances. Take away the spikes and that creature would be perfectly practical. :)

Are they spikes or tentacles?

Tripe

They look fairly solid, very much like antlers really.

I didn't know they were saving that part for Arnold. To be honest I'm glad they didn't get him, because that doesn't really make a lot of sense to me as others have noted.

What I've seen of Predators looks pretty sweet, though.

I just hope they don't screw up the look of the face like they did in AVP. They spaced those mandibles way too far apart compared to Stan Winston's creature from the first two movies making the creature look like the first Predator's inbred cousin.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

so do the predahounds have cloaking devices too?  As much as I want this to be a cool movie, I am reserving judgement.

I was bieng threated with death by wolf raping before it was cool!.

I'd think that the Predators themselves would have a remote control on their wrist devices to cloak the predahounds. Either that or they have the ability to cloak themselves like chameleons do by changing their skin pigmentation.

A sneak peak at the film

I have no doubt it will be good, since there's no Robert Rodriguez I didn't like, but the trailer seems a little... bland.  Nonetheless, I'm excited.

If they have a "game preserve" planet, why did those others come to Earth to hunt?

Or are we to believe that Ah-nuld kicking the ass of one of them caused the whole species to give up traveling to other planets and instead they ship in their prey?

(to borrow a line from Lewis Black, "They turned a petting zoo into Auschwitz..")

Plus a couple other questions I could ask.   Hope this isn't another "Leave your brain at the door" film.
