Intersting, I don;t get a headache at 3d movies, it just looks 2d to me. I wonder if the offsetting means I get a crisper 2d image or something (it can't be much crisper though but maybe a little).

It doesn't work for you at all? Regardless of the method of threedeeifying? (I'm intent on making that a word.)

Doctor Who?

I wonder how long all of us would have to use that word before spell check would stop telling us we are spelling it wrong?

Firefox still tells me that Rifftrax is spelled incorrectly.

It is. But you'll have to bring that up with Das Krokodil.

I still find it funny that Rifftrax is done by the old guard riffers, but is spelled with an x (because poor literacy is kool), and Quiptracks is done by an 18 and 20 year old, and spells it with a cks.

RoninFox

They'd be able to trademark Rifftracks too, because adding the prefix "Riff-" makes it a new unique word.

Maybe it's just because I've gotten used to the X over the past few years, but RiffTracks looks just plain wrong to me.

Not at all, never has, no matter the technique.

I'd prefer "threedemensionaizing"

I wish they'd stop remaking 80s movies.

That being said, I'll certainly look into this one for sure.  It's one of the 80s remakes I think I could really like.

I just don't think the 80s are old enough or forgotten about enough to be remade.

Relaxing Dragon

They're remaking movies made three or less years ago. By Hollywood's standards, the 80s is ancient history (a full two home formats ago, and that's just going by the big ones).

Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck

I still want to give this one a chance - even though they're some talk of trying to make this a trilogy.  ::)

But, saw a commercial for this in which contains a shot of either Perseus or one of the guys with him and Medusa in mid-air...leaping at each other in slow-motion, a la The Matrix......which is just wrong in so many ways.

bratpop

If you ask me, they wasted money paying for the rights to the franchise when they could just adapt any one of a hundred other Greek myths, just as, if not more, exciting than this. There's not really any point in using someone else's adaptation as if it was just an original screenplay.

BTW, who were the Titans? I never got that.

The krackin is a titan.  Ok I dont care how bad this movie is I will pay 20 dollars to see it and love it because it looks cool. I dont know how people complain about the efx when the original had like the worst...Ill ove this for the same reason I love the old ...because a guy fighting monsters is pretty cool !!!!!!

The krackin is a titan.

Except it's not, in the film maybe but the Kraken is taken from Norwegian Folklore (and probably descend from the hafgufa and lyngbakr from Norse mythology).

I just think Clash of the Titans sounded better than Clash of the Olympians which, while being closer to accurate based on the characters featured, sounds more like a film of a cat fight between between Mary Lou Retton and Nadia Comaneci.

EDIT: We need to increase the vowel variants the forum will recognize. :)
