sure you can name your favourite jokes from various rifftrax, but what are your least favourite jokes?  personally, i'm sick of the tentacle hentai jokes and the ron paul jokes.

1. Podracing jokes
2. "I'm going to kill myself" jokes
3. Quiddich jokes

On the other hand, the "Lucas is a hack" running joke will never get old. Neither will "Line," Abe Vigoda, or "Llllladies."

Oh! and Plinko was hilarious in Titanic, but never since.

EDIT: "Not bathing" jokes have long outworn their welcome.

I agree.  "llllllladies" will never get old for me either.

Just saw my second Colonel Kurtz joke. Ugh. Just because you see a tropical jungle doesn't mean you have to make an Apocalypse Now joke. (Seen in Island of Dr. Morneau and Indy 4.)

On top of that, two more running jokes:

Nick Nolte is unfunny. Kelsey Grammer is always funny.

EDIT: Other name drops which bother me include Rip Torn and C-SPAN.

Love the LLlllllllladies. jokes. Especially the variations on it it.

Oh! and "The Numa Numa guy" unless you're watching Harry Potter 2.

I never realized how many running jokes there were, and for every annoying one I think of I also think of a hilarious one.

"Boo! You're not funny! Get off the stage!" is always a winner.

As long as the guys are having fun with it, I'm pretty glad with everything.  Though, as stated on a different thread, the "Daddy Day Camp" jokes seem lazier than most just because the pool for "bad movie" joke is so vast.  Wait, this thread is almost exactly like that other one.  Combined threads, perhaps?

"The Numa Numa guy" - yeah, that's one I wouldn't miss....

Yelling over the film to make fun of the fact that all anyone in the film is doing is yelling is getting on my nerves...but I'm hoping that they won't be doing movies that require that for awhile.

Other than that, the whole Peter Graves/"Biography" thing is as good as dead....I hope.   :)

Just goes to show you how subjective humour is...
FINE

Doctor Who?

You are all right Mike should stop waisting our time withall these jokes he keeps forcing into the rifftrax.  I for one am sick of paying $3.99 just to hear people talking over the movie. I buy a movie to watch it and follow the plot, not hear a bunch of unrelated giberish.

You're right, people should stop discussing Rifftrax on the Rifftrax forum. I for one am sick of hearing opinions on this message board. I come here for the unrelated arguments.

Really the only joke I can remember absolutely hating at the time I heard it was the "snap into a steroid induced rage" joke in Spider-Man.  Looking back, the only real reason it bothered me is that I'm a wrestling fan and when the riff first came out I was still reeling from the Chris Benoit controversy.  (If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll just say it was messed up and may or may not have been caused by steroids.)  For the most part, the running jokes and callbacks make me laugh every time.  Any time a list of requests ends with Bill yelling "FREEBIRD" for example.  Awesome.

And don't forget all of the unquestioning praise of anything and everything they do no matter what, 24/7....

(Didn't Peter Cook and Dudley Moore do something about that in Bedazzled?)

i agree with both of you.  on a related note, i'm also against the first amendment and would die for my right to be persecuted for protesting it!
