I saw Zombie nightmare a few days ago. I had seen it a few times on youtube and had been irritated at the low quality preventing me from seeing anything in a lot of the night scenes. Now with it out on DVD and as clear as can be... I still can't see much in the night scenes. Figures. Maybe this disproves my theory that AVP:R is a poor choice of movie for them to riff?

The Girl in Lovers Lane.

Man, this is the gayest movie I've ever seen, and I've seen She Male Surprise (which turned out to have no real surprise in it at all).

I was dismayed to see that the hobos dressed nicer than I do for work each day....

I just finished watching "Are you ready for Marriage" short. I love this one! Although I can't get over how much the guy giving the lecture looks like a young Clancy Brown. I'm disappointed they didn't reference that. "You'll need to ask yourselves many questions." - Why are you getting marriage advice from The Kurgen?

OMG, you are right.   I was wondering why he looked so familiar...... besides looking like a Nazi.

Zombie Nightmare.  Never'd seen it before.

Well, there was a zombie, and the movie was a nightmare, so that worked out.  Main douchebaggy guy with the Duran Duran hair reminded me a LOT of Tom Byron.   I liked the episode, and the Mads doing the voodoo dancing to the drums almost made me spit out my rum & Coke.  Good stuff.

Tonight might be ...Girl in Lovers Lane!  I've not seen that one either.

The young Tom Byron or the older, more menacing Tom Byron?
And as my username indicates, Girl in Lover's Lane is the perfect MST episode.

If you;ll excuse me, I have to go and save Danny from a heterosexual experience...

Do you have change for a fifty?

Just had a heaping helping of Sampo.  Have some left over we'll probably make Sampo-sandwiches out of it.  We still might have more so we'll have Sampo Salad, maybe Sampo and eggs.  If there's still more....we'll probably throw it out.  Too much Sampo can be bad for you.

The Final Sacrifice

Another great source movie that makes you realize how perfect some of this grade-Z crap is for riffing. Featuring a bunch of actors that really should not be prominently featured on the big screen, Mike and the Bots dig in to all the ridiculous characters and don't let go. While the riffing goes up and down a bit, depending on the movie provided riff fuel, this one has a ton of laugh out loud brilliance. It has been a few years since I've seen this one and more then once I had to pause/rewind to catch riffs that I missed from laughing too hard. A solid nine stars.

Was I like my father?

No... he was masculine and likable...

807 Terror From The Year 5000

I've seen this one dozens of times and it always cracks me up. The character Angelo has to be in the top 5 worst movie characters in MST history. In the same class with Torgo, Dr. Lombardi and Ortega.

Younger with the poofy hair.

Aztec Mummy from the new set.  Well, the first few minutes of it after the short, anyway.

Wow.

Do I get labeled as a complainer if I offer my opinion that switching in Kevin for Josh was a show-saver?

And that I'm very very very glad they got better in general. :)

I was a bit worried about episode 102 also, but it picked up speed as it went along and was actually pretty good.
