Honestly, I was underwhelmed by this. Only a few really great lines, and it seemed like there was a lot of missed opportunities. I did like the "I liked her better in Caddyshack." "because she was topless." joke, it was one Mike, Kevin and Bil would not have done.

I'll reluctantly say that it underwelmed me too.  It seemed to me there were a number of obvious riffing opportunities that were missed in the Riff Raff Theater version, but I think this track has fewer hits and more misses.  To be fair, I have only listened to this once and many times I'll enjoy a riff track more after several listens.  I also went into this with high expectations, and maybe those were unfairly high.  But for now I'd have to say it was underwhelming.

I'm suprised at the lack of involvement with this one. Did not many people see it because the sample wasn't as good or it wasn't Mike, Kevin and Bill?

TheUnabeefer

I watched this AND the Riff Raff version both last night.  I'd have to say I equally enjoyed both.  I give them both an 8, each.

I forgot how silly this movie is...
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.

I wasn't paying too much attention during it so I missed a lot. From what I saw, it did seem a bit underwhelming, but when it did hit they hit amazingly. I'll watch it again once I get it re-authored, though that may be a while since it seems to not want to work (everything seemed fine until the authoring stage, that just doesn't want to work).

My favorite line that I remember was the "ninja like stealth" as they just crouch run behind the guards after making a point of noticing them.

How does the full track compare to the sample?

Thrifty

I haven't seen it yet.  I did my menus, and a partial reauthor (with the iRiff) this past weekend, but I've been devoting more of my free time since this release to redoing a few of my menus (I'm adding Piobman's stingers and I'm thinking of incorporating the Rifftones songs into them as Easter Eggs too).

So I won't have time to watch this probably until Saturday.

They should of made a Fallout 3 reference. The game where you literally crouch to enter sneak mode.

MightyJack

That stunk. Got about 4 laughs total.

I waited about 20 minutes and didn't hear a single joke.

Then I realized I'd forgotten to select the option to listen to the Rifftrax.

My thoughts forthcoming.

The sample doesn't interest me. A "who let one" joke? Seriously? When you've got a thousand opportunities for original riffs based on the intense dopiness of that guy... just seems like they don't have any original ideas.

According to JoCo, the regular riffers still did almost all of the writing.

That's what daydreaming about Branson all day will get you.

I don't much care who wrote it.  I didn't do a lot of laughing.  There were a few really excellent riffs, and not much really bad about it, but overall it was rather underwhelming compared to some other recent rifftrax releases.  Just my opinion of it.  Some riff tracks are funnier than others, and I'm also sure some people will find this funnier than I found it.
