We're really sorry about this everyone.  Like we said, we'll be issuing refunds.  I don't know the dirty details about this, but needless to say we thought we were prepared for it and obviously we weren't.  We were really looking forward to the show and disappointed we had to let everyone down.

As for the refunds I'd rather get a gift certificate since I'll be buy the pre-recorded version anyway.

Ironically, I mentioned the high cost of Cinematic Titanic tickets (they're playing in town this weekend) as a motivator to get my friends to come over tonight. Oh well. Luckily, we have the DVD of The Cat to console us.

I started trying to log in around 8:30 EST and gave up around 9:20 since I had the deluxe package and figured I could get the videos after the fact.  The page not loading for almost hour managed to bore my wife to sleep.  Oh well.

As somebody who has bought just about everything you guys have put out, a store credit would be perfect.

Just as a curiousity question, as this was running through my mind as we were having the difficulties: how was this SUPPOSED to have worked?  I ask because it didn't seem like there was any way to prevent somebody who didn't pay for the live PPV from watching the show anyway.  It seemed like once the direct link to the uStream feed was provided, the cat was pretty much out of the bag.  While I'm forgiving of this whole thing not working, I'd hate to think that if it HAD worked, I might have been paying for a live feed that a non-paying person would have had no problem viewing anyway.

They probably have so many folks to deal with, though, that it would be a big hassle to figure out who wants what. Surely a refund that you can then spend in the store isn't too much of a hassle for you guys?
