I got my Swing Parade order in the mail, but when I opened it the DVD was missing from the case.  All I got was an empty autographed DVD case.

What do I need to do to get my DVD?

???

Thanks for your assistance.

gammer

It must be one of those new invisible DVD's?

That's pretty darn strange...   It made me nervous, so I opened mine, and found a disc inside.  I'm sure the powers that be will make it right.

Bob

Maybe that was the "special surprise" that they talked about?

See what happens when you fail to offshore your packaging to Mumbai?

??? Monty, sorry dude. If anyone should not be shortchanged, it's a former Fan-Of-The-Month. I'll talk to sales and see if we can't ship you out a non-invisible DVD post haste.

EDIT: Monty can you send your name, address and Order # and what the problem is to SUPPORT at rifftrax dot com? They will be able to take care of you. Thanks!

Also if you can PM me your order # that's all I really need.

You guys should up Mike's pay so he doesn't have to steal DVDs to sell on the black market.  I'm sure that's what happened. He was obviously involved in some way as his signature and fingerprints are on it.
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

Since it's autographed the last known person to have touched Monty's case was Mike.

Mike?  Do you have something to tell us?  ;D

As a follow-up to my original post, I wanted to let everyone know that I received my replacement DVD yesterday in the mail.

Thanks to TorgosPizza and everyone at Legend Films and Rifftrax for such a smooth resolution to this problem.  It is rare in this day and age to see such great customer service.

That is no joke!  The customer service is outstanding with this company.  They always reply to any emails I have sent for support amazingly fast and accurate.

It's easy to have superior customer service when there are so few problems... this is a well-run operation, kudos to all involved!

That's for sure.  Rifftrax was well-planned and executed, and I too can vouch for the staff's helpfulness when the customer does something exceedingly stupid.

I always tell clients/customers that when a mistake is made, that gives us a chance to prove to you how good customer service is.

Kind of puts a 'good' spin on a negative thing.
