That explains a lot, like how you can go on vacation so often. I gotta say though, every once in a while. I'd plan to spend a week or so in San Diego, showing up every morning w/ an assortment of coffee, lattes, and various breakfast pastries in hand for Mike and the rest of the gang at RiffTrax...

I'm working on that, but the wife is the one resisting that plan..

I logging in last night an my experiences might be similar to others.

1.   I dont know if it was site traffic, or more likely, my local area bandwidth at that time, but I was on pause at the beginning, and at several points during the short for allowing the streaming to catch up.   So, I missed the beginning, and about 5 other parts of the short while my PC caught up.   While this is most likely just a local issue for me (and other I would assume), it made the experience a bit frustrating.    I can only image how painful this would be on a full length movie.    Not really an issue for Rifftrax, but this would make be much less likely to ever pay for a live event and that is probably something for Rifftrax to keep in mind that some folks may have this issue.

2.   Enjoyed the Q and A part of the show.

3.   I forgot about the rifftrax chat room and was watching the chat comments from the Ustream.tv page.   Since over 3000 people were online, the chat comments went flying by and could not really be read...... kind of funny.

Hopefully in a couple weeks, my neighbors wont be on their PCs as it is a great premise.

Got to see the whole thing last night, with fairly minimal problems.  The video stream was choppy, but that was no great surprise with my computer, and the audio was fine.  Good riffing with some real laugh-out-loud moments, and the Q&A afterward was plenty fun too.  I am very glad they'll be doing this again.

The chatroom added this sense of being at a live performance (not that this wasn't live, but you know, live in the building where you and the rest of the audience are), with excited chatter and crosstalk filling the auditorium before the performance begins.  Surprisingly atmospheric.

I'll be there on the 28th.

I couldn't access the chat room on the RiffTrax Live page.  No matter how often I refreshed, it disconnected me.  I chalked it up to being on a Mac and just joined my buddies in the RiffTrax Chatroom.  There was a bangin' afterparty there, by the way.
