There are some I'd unfortunately seen before I knew of the existence of Rifftrax (Halloween, Battlefield Earth, Over the Top) but as far as movies I've NEVER watched without the riffs, so far it's:
Aeon Flux
Bourne Identity
Eragon
Heroes
Missile to the Moon
Predator
Wicker Man
xXx

Just reauthored a copy of the Grudge, but haven't gotten around to watching it yet.  So far haven't seen any version of that movie yet.

Grey's Anatomy (and I was so proud of myself for making it years without ever having watched an episode), SWHS, and I'd say Battlefield Earth but good lord I couldn't even watch that with the Rifftrax, I turned it off halfway through.  I think those are pretty much the only ones I've never watched sans riff.

For those of you saying Glitter, seriously, take it from me, that's a movie that is terrible but terribly fun to watch drunk with your friends.

But what about us those teetotalling loners?  :)

I unfortunately can't say I haven't seen the SWHS unriffed.  Got an old tape of it off eBay a few years back so I could win a "bring in the worst thing possible to watch" contest and I had to top Battlefield Earth somehow.

Let's see:

Beowulf
300
SW Episode II, I saw episode I in the theater, have only watched it on DVD riffed.
SWHS

Movies I've only seen once, then a few times riffed:

Battlefield Earth
SW ep III
Aeon Flux
DareDevil
Eragon

Kat Rocha

So far that would be Glitter and 300.
Unfortunately the other ones I have I had seen before the rifftrax came out for it.

I will admit that I watched Roadhouse unriffed on purpose to get the full effect of the badness before it was ripped to shreads. That I don't regret. :)

batman and robin = horrible with riff = awesome
How was your day?
Well I gotta tell you, the day after yesterday was horrible, but I am happy to report that the day before tomorrow is better than expected!

RVR II

Pretty much all of the Rifftraxs out so far, but Definitly the Star Wars & Star Treks, along with ID4, & 5th Element are the only way I'll watch them now ;D

Glitter, Crossroads, Battlefield Earth, and a few other god awful ones are ones I only watch riffed.

Troll 2 I watch unriffed.

Whoa.  You scared me for a minute.  I thought you were implying that Mike and Co. just announced this was their next riff so I ran to the front page to look.  LOL

There's only been a couple that I haven't watched first without the riff.  Grey's Anatomy, Glitter, Troll 2 and Beowulf.  Oh, and all of the Star Trek movies.  I may have seen 6 in the theater when I was younger but I didn't remember much of it.  Other than that I try to take the time to watch them unriffed first but I don't plan on doing that with the new "presents" titles like Dark Water but I think I watched House of Wax on starz.
