I didn't notice until I rewatched it this morning that Bill threw in a Prince of Space reference, subtly giving out a "Macken" whine when the last of the Asian Fishmonsters got cut down.   ;D Fantastic.

This "my wife dying video game" really sucks. My friends and I were in tears.
Aaahh! This movie just throws you violently into the next scene!

I think I only caught that because I was wearing my headphones. When I heard "Ooooh! Maken!!!" I threw my head back laughing and my headphones went flying.

My fav line though was:
"Do you always smell like swamp gas or do you just keep sneakin out silent ones?"

Quote"If this slowly turns him face down into a pie, the entire journey would have been worth it."

That was priceless. I also laughed for a long, long time at the Peeps riff.

Has anyone seen the force?  We can't find it and we are acting like imbeciles.

Junkyard

The Gamera references were funny, and the pie line was the absolute best of the series.

I liked all the references in the beginning about R2 going on a bloodthirsty, droid-killing spree >:D

Kevin: "Man, this 'My Wife Dies' video game eats!"

Friendpatine: "Learn the power of the dark side..."
Mike: "And learn to use Ubuntu, free of charge."

Obi-Wan: "We'll have to spring his trap" (or something)
Mike: "Now, let's get that huge piece of swiss cheese in the corner"

Mike's recipe during the Windu/Friendpatine saber battle, which is probably the longest riff of all time...

I agree... comedy genius.

Darth Geek

My favorite line was probably with Vader on the table "if it slowly rotates him face first into a pie..." and "who wants a piece of the puppet".

Was anyone else kind of dissapointed with the line relating to the infamous "NOOOOO"? I don't even remember what it was now. I figured they would knock it out of the park on that one.

As this point, what can possibly match the expectations we had for that line.  The riff they had "a completely unwarranted reaction if the phrase 'do not pass go, do not collect $200' isn't involved" worked for me and I laughed like mad.  I laughed even harder at the callback to it.

"Where's all the girls on this ship"
"You have much to learn about the Dark Side"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
"That one seemed warranted"

Actually, a Posture Pal is a "unique therapeutic cushion that uses gravity to correct bad posture." That's why Kevin said someone should buy Grievous a Posture Pal. The resemblance to any MST3K short is purely coincidental based on the odds of someone else using the word "pal" as an amazingly close rhyme for the word "posture."

I laugh hardest at the "bland milk" part.

I was wondering about that.  The MST3K short was the first thing to pop in my mind, and I was a little confused by the idea of buying a small child to tell Grievous he was slumping.

Surprised no one's mentioned, can't remember exact but it was something like....

"Speaking of too many, don't you kids think it's a little crowded in here?"

Especially this part:

Kevin:  "Mike, the scene changed."

Mike:  "Oh, that's just Anicrap, he's just going to whine and do nothing.  Anyways...."

Mike's delivery was just perfect.
