Keep in mind, I don't think that's going to have anything to do with Supermax. What I read was that Green Arrow was going to be caught and unmasked at the beginning of the film, and hijinks would ensue.

I don't know how that would work, though. Getting revealed as being Green Arrow is what causes the C-list villains he's incarcerated with to go after Queen in the first place (as I understand it; it's not like I've read a screenplay or anything).
