I doubt any of the moderators would be able to work up the will to remove it.

It was my MySpace profile picture for a while.  Kept the porn-bots away.

After your Blue Wig Pic, we certainly can.

I knew I should have posted the picture in which I flip off the camera. *grin*

I doubt it, we love a bad girl.

Oh, I forgot one of my biggest pet peeves: the character who's supposedly an expert on something that the writers clearly didn't bother to do five minutes of research on. You know the routine: the brilliant poet who writes horrible poetry, the brilliant English teacher with the grammar and spelling of a dyslexic first-grader, etc., etc., ad nauseam.

I'm not quite sure "bad girl" is a phrase most people would use to describe me, unless by "bad" you mean, "doesn't drink or smoke, pays all of her bills on time and works like a fiend, but happens to have a vocabulary that could make a sea-faring trucker blush."

And you can usually tell when this happens nowadays, because you'll never actually see one of these charaters demonstrate what they're supposed to be so good at, because the writers know that no one will buy it if they do.

Or the scientist that spouts complete transparent bullshit about their chosen field or is completely clueless about it alltogether. I know the one.

Nah, I meant it in the sense of "oooh she's flipping off the camera, she's baaad!" you know like how ray bans make somebody a "bad boy" er at least that's what the ads suggest.

RobtheBarbarian

Hey, at least she doesn't have a picture of herself wearing huge retarded Paris Hilton sunglasses taken 5 inches from her face.  ;D

Do you?

Well, now I sort of wish I WAS a bad girl.  Now I just feel lame.

I'm going to go buy some Ray-Bans.

No.  No, I do not.  But I might after I get the Ray-Bans.

Tyrant

The character that, early in the movie, is established at having an unusual or wacky skill that will have nothing to do with the situation that will unfold later on in the movie and realistically shouldn't/couldn't be an asset. And then later said character uses this skill because it suddenly becomes an asset.

Or the character that's really bad at doing something that, later on in the movie, is forced to do that very thing to save everyones' lives and is suddenly able to DO IT WELL.

I really want to see a serious action movie where both these scenerios involve the skill of putting 25 tennis balls in one's mouth.

Be sure to take it in the bathroom mirror.

Cliches.... huge monsters easily capable of swallowing a man whole will leave bodily remains of it's victims behind for the heros to discover.

We're really exploring the most liberal possible usages of the word "cliche" in this thread, aren't we
You can't spell manslaughter without laughter.

No, that is an old standard. A scientist's remains were found in giant bird droppings in Gamera, Guardian of the Universe. (A note: He doesn't guard the universe, just a city in Japan. But whatever.
