Doctor Who?

Yeah i can see how most people would have liked it and I am not saying it was wrong,it just seemed kind of cheap to me like they started making the movie and then near the end said "what do we do know?"  "I know let's make him an Alien!".  You know the sort of thing that you see coming a mile away and makes you say "Well why didn't they just tell us he was one from the first time he was on the show 30 years ago."

Also Gonzo is the type of character that only works when there is one of him,I hope they don't keep bringing back the whole race of Ganzos everytime they want some thing wacky.

I can live with it for one movie.

But enough bitching.

Here's hope this movie is a return to form for the Muppets and we get a whole series of movies.

Who? Seriously, who?

Is your Google machine broken?

Well, anyway, Jason played Nick in Freaks and Geeks, the other dude co-wrote Fun With Dick and Jane, and a bunch of Declared episodes.

The Muppets are a colourful group of puppets created by Jim Henson.

Seriously, who? The Henson Company must not get anybody interested in making Muppet movies if they grab the first offer they get. They must have all be slouching around the office in a drunken stupor after the dismal failure of Muppet Wizard of Oz. What, are Brian Henson's arms broken? Things are pretty wretched when they have to start allowing official Muppet fan-films because they've all lost the drive the company was founded on.

Or maybe they got a really good idea and got excited and you're just being a negative nancy. Maybe it's just that.

doesn't know what he's talking about

1. The Henson Company don't own the Muppets any more.

2. The got dudes that make movies etc to make a movie. CRAZINESS.

3. The last great Muppet Movie was made by the director of Action League Now!! and a handful of episodes of something called Exit 57, which is a lot less than these guys.

4. Shut up.

Oh, another interesting fact is that the director of the mostly awful Muppets Wizard of Oz has been working with the Henson company for a looong time.

He wrote Muppets Treasure Island, he wrote on Muppets Tonight and Dinosaurs.

He's also written episodes for Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

What's your point, other than your avatar sort of looks like a muppet and makes you biased?

You have to put a really negative spin on it, and then explain it to him like he's 3. Then he'll get it.

God forbid I suggest that the Henson company be the ones to come up with and initiate Muppet movies. Yeah, I'm the Hitler of the internet. Worse than Oprah even. Quick, let's start another Spanish Inquisition aimed primarily at me. I'm like a living cross between Spam and Tofurky. Get the pitchforks and gravy.

GregMcduck

Well, I'm glad you're on the same page with us, Negative Nancy.

bratpop

Please, I'm much to macho to be called Nancy. By all means, call me Tofurky Hitler.
