According to the Youtube comments, it's fake. It's a stupid title (although apparently what they are going with), but I was more worried about the skinny guy playing younger McClane.
According to IMDB, the movie is filming right now. So we are unlikely to see a trailer untill the fall at the earliest.

I don't blame you. It's just such a stupid idea for a movie at all, the trailer seemed to fit that.
