I too am waiting for whatever twilight movie is next to be riffed. can`t watch it without, my muffin-o-meter might burst.
Besides isn`t it a chimp in the movie ? It should have been  `Chimp Rising` or maybe `Lord of the Chimps` ?

I look forward to all riffs, might be a challenge to find it in the bargain bin so early though. Amazon Marketplace here I come.

That's interesting, I wonder why that is?  I've pretty much given up on MKB riffs of new movies myself, 80's stuff and VOD are the only official riffs I buy

I would guess the number one reason is that there's no need to track down a DVD.

It is a real shame that the majority is unwilling/unable/refuses to give the older cheese flicks a chance. Karate Kid 3 was an excellent track. I just hope that they sell enough of the other stuff and will sometimes throw us a bone with an 80's flick once in awhile.  Also it seems like a lot of MST3K fans are luddites with new technology or different ways of distribution (i.e. burning a DVD instead of buying one or downloading a video file.)

I love that riff.  I buy each and every riff, but I will admit to enjoying the older more obscure ones best.  It always feels like something special, instead of expected because it's new.

Karate Kid 3 was great, and Highlander was an absolute scream. Like Torso said, hopefully we'll continue get the occasional eighties cheese bone tossed our way, even if it's once in a blue moon due to the financial realities of producing them.
