Doctor Who?

I'll back you up on that.

My dad paid $15 for a used copy of Epic movie on DvD and keeps telling me how good it is but he then told me I was ripped off when i paid $10 for my new Blu Ray copy of Blazing Saddles because "that movie isn't funny".

i would be shocked if you could find a comedy that no one will laugh at.

From everything I've heard and read...

QuoteAccording to one half-stoned review, Rabbit Test sounds like an utter disaster, a desperately unfunny, Mel Brooks knock-off shot on video using the cast of Hollywood Squares. Or maybe Paul Lynde as Crystal's obstetrician and Jimmy Walker as an African bushman ventriloquist with a blackface dummy played by Billy Barty is just too cerebral for potheads.

Hi All,

My favorite movie is Rush Hour. This is very interesting movie. What do you think ?      :rimshot:   :highfive:

Thanks,

I find spam is a lot more fun when you read it in Tommy Wiseau's voice.

Doctor Who?

Titanic is the biggest hit of all time and it doesn't look like it's record will ever be broken,Nuff said.

I find it funny that some one was spamming for Rush Hour,I mean Rush Hour really?  Did whoever it was really think they were going to increase sales of Rush Hour DvDs?

I feel like i'm completely in the dark all the time about everything that goes on in this forum. Why did somebody say that about Rush Hour? I don't get that at all.

There are none.  Every movie has some people who like it.  I went to see Date Movie in the theaters.  Not only was the theater packed, it was full of racous laughter.

And I don't see anything wrong with Surviving Christmas.  I thought it was charming.

I attempted to watch Date movie.... due to pressure from my wife (I know she's an odd one). I fell asleep 1/4 of the way through it. Apparently, I failed to find the humor of it.

Speaking of bad comedies. I wonder if anyone ever laughed at Yahoo Serious or Drop Dead Fred. Or... the Pest (never made it through that one completely though).

I don't remember laughing at Drop Dead Fred, but I remember enjoying it.  Mainly because I was about 10 years old.

See what happens?  Every movie that someone tries to hold up to say "Yeah, nobody likes this movie", gets a defender from just this small group of people.

I love the wikipedia page for the guys that make those movies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Friedberg_and_Aaron_Seltzer
Not one good thing to say.

Fun fact: the spell check for Mozilla for Ubuntu that I currently have temporarilly installed claims "movie" is not a word. Also, it insists on spelling theater "theatre", and humor "humour", even though the language is set to English- US

Come on...Rik Mayall is funny no matter what.

And for a movie people "hates" there's a lot of people who have posted bits about it on YouTube!

EDIT:  And someone is remaking it for 2011...

I actually liked The Pest. The plot is ridiculous and poorly thought out (and been done a million times before), but Jeffrey Jones is enjoyable and Leguizamo is just awesome (could have done without the shower shot of his soaked up wang, though).
