6 - not bad, not their best. Not their most clever riffing (my preference) it was all basic stuff for the most part. Nowhere near as sharp as Twillight.

Thrifty

I thought it was terrific.  Pants wettingly hilarious.

Does this have the most MST3K references they've ever done?

I expect it does.  I noticed several without really paying attention to that, and noticed more after re-watching it.  Maybe the fact that it was an older cheesy sci-fi film just naturally brought back a lot of MST3k memories.

Agreed 100%!

I've watched it twice now and all I can say is that this could easily have been one of the all-time episodes to come out of Seasons 8-10.

I'll spare you all the "brilliant" comments and just leave it at: LOL:minutes ratio was off the chart.

VIVA IL ESORDIO DEL DIABETE ADULTO DUCE!!!

MartyS (Gromit)

A 9 from me.  Was laughing pretty hard the first half, not as much the second half.  Overall pretty darn hilarious.

I also noticed there were way more MST3K references than any other Rifftrax I've heard.

Moleman

I ordered this one along with the DVD of the Live show and I was really impressed.  This gets a 10 from me.  Possibly their most consistently funny one they've ever done, imo.  Definitely got the classic MST3K feel from it as well.

tlalocquetza

I was drawn to this riftrax so much, that  i wound up putting together a video of the funniest part(s).
Check it out, in full synthiness glory:

Oh, and also the DVD being in the wrong aspect ratio was really unprofessional, and kinda pissed me off.

... it is? Yours is the first complaint we've had.

I wish I had a schnappi comeback.

I guess it really doesn't matter. Especially since you are such a schnappi dresser.

Nunyerbiz

Not a ton of laugh out loud gems, but consistent chuckling throughout. Considering the awfulness of the subject movie, and all that walking and resting, the guys did an admirable job of keeping things interesting. I gave it a seven and I'm pleased that some old public domain turds like this are becoming part of the catalog, nice change of pace. Planet of the Dinosaurs, Boy in the Plastic Bubble and Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny have all been good to great efforts.

Johnny Unusual

There are some very solid riffs on this one, but for the most part, it's just kind of middling.
