It's as good a reason to post as any.  I think I'll jump on that bandwagon too.

Where are you that it starts 2 on Saturday? That can't be right, surely?

If you are on the Line Islands ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Line_Islands ) it would be Friday at 4 pm, and that's the furthest into the future you can be.

I think you might have done your math wrong. Try using this handy site:

Indeed I did do my math wrong or my mouse glitched (Really must replace those batteries).

Must've had the date set to Friday rather than Thursday. Guess I've just become used to these things occurring on a Friday. Not the Riff mind you, but other things like The Dark Knight BD-Live Screening with Chris Nolan, various live game previews, always on a Friday and always around 02:00am here on the Saturday...

Not that The Dark Knight thing mattered since we didn't get the BD-Live function in the UK.

Thursday = TV night. Nothin' doin'.

You gotta change it from "Must See TeeVee" to Must See....um...Riff-eee...... hmmm... I think the tag line could use a bit more work.

Unless they're doing silhouettes or taking joke requests, I might as well buy the download later.

You know that this is a live-one-time event and things on tv are either recordable, downloadable or buy on DVDable.

They said they're selling it, so they're recording the one time only event for me. I'd hate to waste their time by refusing their offer.

They are selling A recording of it, not the live version, I believe?

Well, we've got the camera in the back of the room, shooting over-the-shoulder style at the TV screen in front of them (I believe a 70" DLP). Does that count as silhouettes?

We don't plan on recording the live version, AFAIK. I think that would probably require some additional software that we don't have readily available. Not sure how deeply it was looked into, though.
