Having seen the first 1 twice (once via Rifftrax and again in episode 10), I was really not looking forward to this "sequel", but man...sequel in name only and the acting by the kid in the first one was Oscar caliber compared to the kid in this one. Easily one of the least charismatic performances of all time. While the episode was good, this really should have been the episode where one or more of the riffers went off on an extended rant about it's awfulness and tried to escape. I would love to hear Kevin, Mike, and Bill riff on this one.

About 35 minutes into this... movie? for lack of a better word, and while this has to be the WORST one so far, it's definitely some of my favorite riffing. YEAAAAAAAH CSI Miami!

Okay, "Caedmon" and "Tyor". I was calling them Caveman and Tire the whole movie.

Iron Curtain

The "You might be a crummy wizard" host segment is officially the first host segment of Season 11 I laughed at. It only took 11 episodes!

Iron Curtain

Okay, I've watched the whole thing now. Great riffs, best host segments of what I watched so far, the only thing holding this back is that the movie was hard for me to watch. Other than that, a fantastic episode!

Quirk

Earlier in the season (I can't recall which episode), they made a joke about how they expected a Wilhelm scream, so Servo provides one... except the scream he does is some other stock scream that I've heard before, but is definitely not even close to a Wilhelm scream. It was really weird. I find it hard to believe nobody in the MST3k crew knew what a Wilhelm scream was...

I know this isn't from this episode, but them saying "Halloween Spirit store" twice instead of "Spirit Halloween" reminded me of it.

Good episode, though. That kid reached new heights of lame.

Was it the "Gut Wrenching Scream and Fall Into Distance," AKA the Howie Long scream?  As seen in this clip?

Yes, I know this isn't the scene from Broken Arrow with Howie Long where the name comes from.  I just think this particular usage is hilarious.
One Man Band Riffs.  18 riffs, over 600 served, since 2009.

When I had the game klik and play as a kid, it came with a library of stock sound effects. I'm amazed at how often I hear one of those sound effects (a certain crowd cheer sound effect is really common)

That scream, however, sounds like it's from StarCraft

Johnny Unusual

That scene of them just "hanging out" in the throne room at the end of the movie feels really weird to me for reasons that I can't articulate.

Wow this was a tough one to get through. Some good riffs but the movie was super painful.

My name is in the credits! I'll be famous worldwide!  :highfive:

WhyDontTheyLook

This was my favorite kind of terrible movie, and the minor lead was even more of a perv than Jody from "Phantasm."  Riffing felt better and more consistent in this one than the previous episode--even the host segments hit consistently.
"You never know, in a tight jam a nuclear missile just might come in handy."

MartyS (Gromit)

Some good laughs during this one.

Really terrible movie.

Just how many Lana Clarkson movies did they splice together for her footage?

OK, looking her up on IMDB (wow, she died at age 40  :'( )...

Barbarian Queen II hadn't come out yet so the footage must have been from Barbarian Queen.

And IMDB says it was from Barbarian Queen.

And the other movie they took footage from was The Warrior And The Sorceress, at least they recreated the costume for David Carradine, they didn't bother with Lana.

losingmydignity

Better than the first Wizard but I still got overwhelmed at times by the hectic riffing. Weird, because eps 4-9 were pretty good.

And the movie. Wow. That's a good kind of bad.
