Had trouble trying to watch it on a PC due to strange framerate of 47.5 frames per second- very choppy looking. Hope the downloads are encoded with a more normal framerate. No issues watching on my Roku.

Liked Gypsy's new body which I feared I would hate. Don't think Joel or Mike could have pulled off the rap song and it started way too polished for what I expect from MST3K, but it won me over by the end.  Also liked all the puppets interspersed throughout the beginning.

Could nitpick a few things, but I enjoyed it overall and am looking forward to seeing more.

I'm glad that Episode 1101 proved that Joel Hodgson is no George Lucas.  :D

Anyone else think: "Joel got a laser cutter and darn if he wasn't going to use it!"....  ;D

Yeah, I finished and there are some things I'm not digging too much but overall this is VERY high quality MST3k on almost all counts. The only down side (so far) is the sketch writing in between the movie didn't strike me as particularly funny, but that was never my favourite part of the show.

Host segments were always hit or miss for me, the only time I remember them really getting on a roll was the bunch where Mike was blowing up planets by accident and then had to go on trial for it.

This is what happened to me. It was so bad it was unwatchable.
I survived the San Diego Comic Con 2010 Hall H stabbing.

Had to struggle a bit to get the episode to stream from my PC to my TV, and it froze at a couple frustrating joke-missing moments, but I was able to see almost all of it and haven't stopped smiling since.

The apple TV app for VHX worked fantastically (And I had a bunch of other things I had bought from VHX that I had forgotten about appear in my library too)

Roku channel works really well too. Also had bought a few things from VHX that I had forgotten about. And the Roku VHX channel is far easier to use than the website which can be confusing and hard to navigate. Everytime Joel releases something new to it, it takes me way too long to figure out how to find and download it.

That was fantastic! I particularly loved all the practical models.

If I had any issues it's that, while I liked the new voices for Crow and Tom, they seemed a little too similar.

The lack Of midwestern/Wisconsin/Minnesota references was my only real disappointment. Figure that's both due to the new cast and writers and maybe a conscious decision to appeal to a wider audience (and I admittedly didn't get many of those references at the time, but now that I've lived in Wisconsin for awhile those references are some of my favorite parts).

They had a reference to it at the beginning, when they are talking about Gypsy's new voice.

But no (or at least not any I caught) Midwestern references in any of the riffs.

Johnny Unusual

Really, because I remembered at least one.

Unfortunately, only vaguely.  I believe it was in the last third and was a reference to Minnesota, I think? I can't say I remember correctly, but it is the way I remembered it.
