General Movie News

[Darth Geek]

Awesome! I love Laurel and Hardy. And to see a lost classic found, that's great.

I may not like the Transformers movies, but this looks pretty freaking sweet:

I thought it was odd that Sharknado 2 did nothing with their Jared cameo. He's just sitting there eating a sandwich. He doesn't even get eaten by a shark.

I'd like to see a shark eat a substitute teacher then rub his tummy and go "Mmm, that was a good sub!"

RIP Omar Sharif

RIP Omar Sharif

He will always be remembered for oh Heavenly Dog.

[Sideswipe]

I will remember him for The 13th Warrior!

And now here's the actual trailer for the Goosebumps movie:

[soguru]

It appears to be exactly what I would expect from a Goosebumps movie, no more, no less.

[Darth Geek]

It looks interesting. My only question is: the worst of the worst? I thought the point of the Suicide Squad is that they were all B and C list villains at best. Joker aside, of course, but I get the idea he's not actually part of the Squad proper. I could be wrong about that, haven't read the comics this is based on. And while we haven't had a series of DC movies to establish a lot of big villains in that universe, it still seems like there should be a lot more dangerous people than this.

[ScottotD]

Selling it as "I'm making a team of second and third string villains" would probably be a hard sell to the general public

I really like the version of 'I started a joke'

[Henry88]

what ever it is i like it.

Maybe it's because I've never seen "Ultraman", but holy goddman fuck that looks bad!!!!         No thanks!

[Darth Geek]

Yeah, Ultraman looks stupid. The monster looks pretty cool (if a bit derivative of Knifehead from Pacific Rim).
