Looking forward to the mp3 so I can hear all of the riffs that I missed because the movie drowned them out!

This!  45 minutes later and my ears are still hurting.

I'd say the big stadium type theater in Wilmington was about 70% full.  Got to meet Darth Geek and Thrifty there.

Did they skip the $125 donor group list at the end?  Or did I miss it while looking at them doing stuff in the background?  That working Crow puppet was pretty cool looking...

Thrifty Version II

The Gorilla-Grams were a nice touch.  Block out the nude scenes to please those who objected to them, but do so in the context of a wacky joke so that the people against censoring them wouldn't be offended.

Why was the movie so loud?!?!

Besides that, I and the boyfriend laughed our respective genitalia's off.

Also..don't tell anyone else this : I almost enjoy the movie itself.  :speechless:

I like the movie too.  It obviously doesn't take itself seriously at all.  The guys made it more enjoyable than usual, of course.  First full length riff I've watched in a while and I had a great time.

k1

Super loud. Definitely missed a bunch of jokes because of that.

Zeether

I can't be the only one who laughed at the return of "Llllllladies...." and the Wing Commander reference had me in stitches (that movie needs a riffing next)

And yeah, it was pretty loud at times.
"Don't make me shoot you...CROOOOOOOOOW!"

Darth Geek

Really enjoyed it (what I could hear). I hope they fix the sound level issue for the rerun on September 12th ON MY BIRTHDAY! HELL YEAH!

Mrs. Dick Courier

Oh no!  Raid!

Awesome show was in Bristol Va.  Sean Thomason's parents were sitting near me.  They were vey nice.

Kept waiting for the Crash of the Moons joke that never came, the planet name sounded just like Kladinku!  Or however you spell it

Was a bit let down to be honest.  Not with the movie or the riffs, but it just didn't feel like a live show.   No guests.  No shorts.  Just "Here's the movie, here's two distractions for nude scenes so we don't get a hard rating, have a nice night"

Darth Geek

It was funny that they did so much to cover up the nude scenes, but they still showed enough of the scene with them in the sleeping bag that we do see her tits.

Zeether

Yeah, I noticed it too. Some of the video game references seemed a bit haphazardly thrown in as well like the Mario Kart one.

I didn't miss any Starcraft references did I? Because this movie would have been ripe for Starcraft references.
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.

KidFlash

There was a Starfox reference that had me rolling.

It's too bad that Sony won't cave on the VOD because that was a performance to savor.

Only if they can fix the volume levels.

I watched the movie the night before so I could concentrate on the riffs (not that it helped with many of them being drowned out by the movie), what they did with the shower scene was probably way more funny than doing any kind of riffing.  That scene is a bunch of people in the shower just saying why they joined the military.  Without the boobs and butts it would be the most boring scene in the movie.

Agree with Mrs. Dick, the RAID! line was a great, and Mike's "my wedding vows" line was a killer, his delivery there was perfect.
