Not too big, not too small, not too much metal.......nice.

Do those darken when it gets bright, or do you need to change to sun glasses?

Tripe

I have special ones that just fit over the whole of the normal frames, will take a pic at some point. They were bought for my old ones but I discovered they still work for these so job's a goddun. :)

Bob

Would the glasses you have now work if they had glass that went dark when it got light outside, or do those not work really?

Tripe

I've never liked those. Also with the sort of weird prescription I have it makes coatings a pricey add-on (they didn't used to be but apparently are now).

They work.  But they're mostly good for just walking around.  And when you go from bright to dark suddenly it can be hard to see, can take a while for them to go back to normal.  To really protect your eyes you need polarized sunglasses.  My doctor boss turned me on to them.  I have very sensitive eyes but can actually look up the sky on a bright and sunny day now.  It's nice.

You can also buy the polarized clip ons.  They work good.  Most optometrists carry them.

I don't wear prescription glasses (as a robot I guess), but I do wear sunglasses, so I was just wondering.   I see people hassling with multiple glasses and I was wondering if just one pair would solve all.

I am guessing the Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses will do.  I've been wearing those since high school.....even have a pair I got in the 1980s in the car for day driving.

Last Summer, I decided to see what would happen if I went one year without a haircut.  So I've been letting it grow out.  The year is pretty much over.  I'm not sure of the exact date of my last haircut, just that it was in July.  So I figure mid-July makes a year.  Gonna go get this shit cut this weekend.

Anyway, I took a few pictures for posterity.

Now see if the chest hair meets the head hair!

All kidding aside, I like the bottom photo the best.   The hair looks fine a little longer in back with the sides shorter.

Yeah... I'm a hariy guy.  I suppose I could have worn a shirt with more coverage.

Thanks.  That one is the one that actually represents what I normally look like.  I combed it down to accentuate the length of the bangs.

Karenina was disappointed when I told her I was gonna get a cut.  She says she likes it long.  I say this shit is driving me crazy and I don't know how she or most women handle long hair.

At any rate, I'm definitely getting my money's worth at the barber.

Bob

Yeah, longer hair is nicer, but for guys, shorter is soooo much easier to maintain.

And as long as the body hair stays off the back, all is well.   I order mine to stop at the border.
