My wife and I already made the Aqua Teen joke. But is this one of those things where we can say it because we're here, but it's not ok for others?

Anyways, my college roommate who now lives in Maryland posted this on Facebook earlier today.  (His brother happened to be K2's roommate for a semester.)

I have a username and a phone number and am preparing an official report to submit to the FCC, FBI, and other local and national government agencies. Who ever this was things are about to get rather hairy for you.

Mike works for XM Radio, so he knows the proper procedures to go through with this sort of thing.  (And he's got a neat little trophy to prove it)

So the 'Justin and Matt Show' were the people who attempted to be 'funny' by calling in bomb and screaming sounds to the Brothers show?  [Took me a bit to piece that together... not thinking well today.]  That they were shut down from communications media was clear.  So (since people are asking, "too soon to say ___?" about it), clearly they crossed the line of 'what's OK to do at this point with a tragedy/illegal action of this magnitude'.

Yeah sorry I wasn't too clear on that post.  I was exhausted from a day of yardwork at my parents & posted on my way to bed.  I figured it was either idiots with another podcast or something or two idiots he was referring to as "The Justin & Matt Show" rather than posting their full names.  (It's possible their site & other stuff was already yanked since it had been about 9 hours since Mike posted that he had already filed the report.)

Oof. Listening to it now.  Basically the podcast is a live call in style show & the idiots that did it played the people screaming DURING a moment of silence for the marathon tragedy at the beginning of the show.

And they continued to do it throughout the episode.

When you're calling in to a Boston sports podcast less than a day after something like that happened while the investigation is still ongoing?

(I know what you mean though, technically tasteless jokes are freedom of speech.)
