k who is chad vader and other than the next riff why should i care?

AmazingThor

Is it going to be Matt Sloan doing the voice of Chad or what?

Rufus T

I just watched all of the Chad Vader episodes on youtube. I am now convinced that this is an awesome idea. I can only imagine what they have planned.
Aaahh! This movie just throws you violently into the next scene!

PlayMSTie

Well, I'm game. I've liked Chad Vader all along. This should be great.

(And I cannot believe that on THIS board, where EVERYONE is way more sci-fi-knowledgeable than me, I'm one of the few who knew who he was. Does not compute.  :o )

I'm guessing you can't watch the series on youtube. Hes is (was) Day Shift Manager at Empire Market. and Darth Vaders little brother. It's funny.

Chad Vader is participating in the rifftrax, and Kevin and Mike are paticipating in the Chad Vader series.

Here is his Wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chad_Vader

There's a part of me that wanted to see it done by Mike and Kevin again. I thought they handled Episode I so well. Maybe add Bill into the mix.

But if you guys think this other guy is funny, then I'll go along with it.

PlayMSTie, MarkAndrew also knew who Chad Vader was. Well, and me - I've been a huge fan of the Chad Vader show since they started producing episodes last summer.

PlayMSTie

Oh yeah, I didn't mean I was the ONLY one. Just that I thought more people would be familiar with it.

I, too, just watched and enjoyed the series. I hope this isn't an entryway for a bunch of gimmick guest-riffers, but I'm sure the guys are smarter than that, and I think this one is a good call.

Although the breathing could get a bit annoying if it ran for the whole track.

Don't worry, it won't get annoying.  Chad makes his presence known, but does not chime in as often as Mike and Kevin.

Watched the series a couple days ago. Pretty good stuff.

I can definitely see him working in this movie, especially.

I guess we'll wait and see. April 6th, right?

I just watched the Chad Vaders, pretty funny stuff, I could see how this will enhance the Clones riffing experience.

it sounds like a funny premise, and ill check it out when i get back, but am i correct in assuming chad is his character.  In other words it would be like saying tom servo is going to be on the chad Vader show instead of Kevin Murphy on the chad show?
