I have to say i think the G.I.Joe movie should be on a list of worst animated movies.  The animation is pretty bad,you can't call the things in it characters, the action scenes make no sense,it's dialog is confusing, and it has a stupid cop out ending.  It's pretty bad.
Jeez, I dunno, I mean I strongly dislike GI Joe the movie too, but it's not THAT bad. I think
the biggest problem with the movie was the weak story. After how good the stories in the
cartoons were, the Movie was an epic disappointment and a step in the wrong direction
entirely.

I think the thing that stuck out the most to me were how much i hated the character that was supposed to be the hero,  Then there was the fact that any scene with half decent animation would be fallowed by a scene with awful animation.  I mean the expressions on characters faces were all over the place and  you could see the frame rate drop in some parts of the movie.  There were Tv shows on at the time that looked better then this movie, that is not good.

I guess Sunbow was undergoing some serious problems at the time. I remember they showed
this movie in a time slot normally reserved for the movie of the week on WGN in Chicago. The credits
kicked ass... and then... IT WAS ALL DOWNHILL FROM THERE. *sigh*

BTW the Iriff Sample kicks ass. I gotta get me that. :D

46.    Deathstalker and the Warriors from Hell (1988 Video)

Has anybody seen Deathstalker II? Depending on where you stand on the whole 'takes itself seriously vs. doesn't take itself seriously' issue, this may or may not qualify for a worst-ever list. I haven't seen the entire movie but there are a handful of great clips on YouTube. It's seems pretty clear that this thing isn't taking itself all that seriously, which in my opinion makes it less terrible than Warriors from Hell (Deathstalker III) which for some reason attempts to take itself somewhat seriously. What I don't understand is, given its predecessor, why the hell did they go and try to make a somewhat serious movie? Did they think they were going to somehow all-of-a-sudden bring dignity to the franchise? What for?

Anyway, Deathstalker II. Try not to swallow too much of the nightmare fuel at around 2:20 in the second clip.

Doc, you both used a figure of speech. His response is perfectly fine. As for the cursing...well some people just like to fucking curse because it's cool. Shit was just a word to indicate "anything"
Cursing is only cool if you are 12 years old.

Aren't you only a few years older than that? serious question.

This is going to sound awful, but this is actually a bit of a shocking revelation to me. If only because I was convinced you were a couple of years younger than me, and not the other way around. (Born in '88, by the way.)

Fair enough, I've assumed you were 16 or so.

Terl... how exactly did the humans retake Earth with just a few fighter jets?
Oh, that's right, I forgot, you were busy conquering galaxies! :D

There should be a parody sequel to battlefield Earth that should be called Battlefield Earth: The Terror
from the year 3000!

Based on the trailer alone, I now want to see Deathstalker II.  Goodness me, it looks like it would give Ice Pirates a serious run for its goofiness factor.

And the worst movies on that list...a lot of it really is subjective.  I say this, because while I would take great joy in watching the utterly ridiculous 2006 Wicker Man (which I haven't seen), I find it hard to watch The Starfighters, even with the MST3K crew, because there is no real movie there.  It's nothing but shots of planes flying and refueling, and then scenes of said pilots talking about flying.  It goes nowhere, accomplishes nothing, and doesn't have any sort of resolution.  If Future War was referred to as a "movie loaf," The Starfighters is a "movie road going through Northern Nevada."  Sure it may look exotic and stunning for a bit, but once you've driven in it for an hour and a half, you start wishing something would happen.  Wicker Man may suck, but a man in a bear costume punching a woman in the face can hardly be considered boring.

Then again, the MST3K version of Starfighters does have the bold barbecue sauce skit and the infamous Poopie Suit gags.  So it did bring some joy to my life watching it.
