Dice-K needs Tommy John! More starts for Wakefield!  :highfive:  (Not one to take joy in someone's pain, but Dice-K is an incredibly frustrating pitcher to watch.)

More starts for Wakefield? Clubhouse better stock up on Poligrip and Matlock DVDs.

I think MLB made Tommy John surgery mandatory for all pitchers. Some guys even go back for seconds!

So when Peter Gammons (who drools over everthing New York and Boston does) stated a few years ago that Dice-K would win "multiple Cy Youngs" and "revolutionize pitching", he was just *slightly* off?

I would say he has "potential" to do those things. But I've never been completely sold on him.

Did he really say that? It's difficult to understand what he says with Theo Epstein's knob in his mouth.

Ha-ha.   He actually said those words when the Red Sox signed him.   I was listening to him speak and I had to choke back the vomit.   I need to search Youtube for him saying that he will win multiple Cy Youngs.....

Woo!  Because they changed the time for the Sox game due to the Bruins game my buddy suddenly had extra tickets!  Got my other friends wife to babysit while I take her husband to the game with me!  And all it will cost us is beer at the game in exchange for the tickets!
