Encore or DVD for House on Haunted Hill?

We are contractually obligated to not release live show DVDs until after 90 days past the show's original date. That's why the Reefer Live DVD isn't out yet.

Last night's show was also taped, so there will eventually be a DVD of it.

No encore of the Reefer show is planned, unless there's a huge demand for it; but the shows have not done nearly as well as we'd hoped they would (exception being Plan 9, which did really well) so it's not likely to happen.

That's a shame that the shows haven't done as well as hoped.  The theater I've been going to has been nearly full each time, but I guess it isn't that way everywhere.

But is there going to be an encore of HoHH next week? I have class on Thursday nights and I couldn't go to this one, but I was hoping to catch it on the encore on Tuesday, like I did with Reefer Madness. I have not been able to find any listings for it.

My suggestion (since several people had problems with their theaters, including me,several times now) - do it live via online... or what about ppv?  Who wouldn't love to have a rifftrax party for their friends?

I'm pretty sure that's not true. If it is, there was not a street date on it because we don't have one.

That's right, it was Maniac that was the other DVD screen ad I saw before the show last night!  I couldn't remember what the other DVD advertisement was.

Weeknights are rough on everyone to get to a movie (there are exceptions but...)

Also doesn't help that - and I hate to say it - every live show has been followed by a group of posts to the effect of "We got to the theater only to be told it was canceled/technically screwed up/whatever...".  I'll admit that had an influence on my deciding not to duck work that night to go to HoHH.  Thought it might be just my luck that I'd get there and no show.....

Also might not help that so far every show has been of movies riffed twice before already.  If I were to suggest that you guys riff Santa Claus Conquers the Martians your gut reaction would probably be that it wouldn't sell because both MST and Cin Tit have done it....

I hope this is the case and that if you get Jack the Giant Killer up for a live show you'll hopefully get a big boost with the completely new material.

You should read my post above. In it, I said there was no encore planned.

While I appreciate the quick response, I was looking at your post which said there would be no encore of Reefer Madness. Nothing in your quote said anything about HoHH which is why I asked. Thank you for your prompt response. I have enjoyed every performance I have been able to attend and even the encore performance still had a better crowd than your regular Tuesday night crowd.
