It would be cool. But Mike and Joel don't really have a "rivalry" (at least not anymore, if they ever really did) to justify a "clash".

Besides, I'm FAR more interested in having Trace guest riff.

At ComicCon Mike already committed to doing Clash of the Titans with Bill and Kevin.  As for Joel your best bet would be The Hulk as Joel once said in an interview he would like to riff that movie.  Trace would also be awesome.  He and Bill should do one together.

I would hope he would do it with the idea that he's doing it for his fans and not just for Rifftrax. It would only further his legacy and give these new fans that have only heard of Rifftrax a chance to hear his abilities and in turn that would spark more interest in Cinematic Titanic. This would only broaden his demographic. It's a win win situation. As for Trace as a guest on Rifftrax, well I think that's one hell of an idea! Has there been mention of it?

Trace and Joel seem like they are fully committed to doing Cinematic Titanic stuff. Mary Jo has performed on two Rifftrax titles, Glitter and X-Files: Fight The Future, but recently she seems to be focusing on Cinematic Titanic as well. I'm not saying Joel and Trace will never appear on a Rifftrax, but I wouldn't hold my breath either.

But that's my point, in front of a room full of fans he promised to do Clash with Bill and Kevin.  To go back and switch it would be a douche move because he made a promise to his good friends, and to his fans.  If however you are simply referring to doing any movie with Joel then he would probably do it because he and Joel are friends and for the fans.  In Bill's open letter to the entire CT crew he eludes to the idea that the main reason the others haven't done a Rifftrax is because they wanted to focus on CT for a while in order to establish their company.  They are really starting to make a name for themselves now and to be honest I think it's only a matter of time before at least Joel does a Rifftrax.  Maybe Kevin and Josh will do one together.  If anyone here is going to Dragon*Con you should be "that guy" and ask them about it during their panel.  Frank was at the last one as well.  At this point it is up to the CT crew, the ball is in their court as they have been invited and snacks were promised.  I prefer the explanation that there is just so much talent they they need two separate crews to contain the awesomeness.
