Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck

This time they've got a "collect the tokens" game where you can win $10,000 or a car....or just download pictures and songs from their website.   I think our state lottery has better odds.

It's funny, maybe this has a lot to do with my ambivalence towards this tween phenomenon but I didn't think this movie had opened yet.
Being a genocidal maniac is not one of my turn ons.

Is it weird to hear the Safety Dance in my head watching Game of Thrones?

I knew because one of the rail stops on my way home from work is across from a theater with a huge digital sign for the highway traffic....

I'm actually considering going to see this tomorrow.  If I do, it'll be the first Twilight movie I've ever seen unriffed.  I'm scared  :speechless:

Well I survived... somehow.

This guy didn't!

Jeez...that sucks.   :(

Meanwhile, the franchise might be dying off.....

QuoteThe Twilight Saga: Eclipse is waning at the box office but still has gotten off to a blockbuster start with US$161 million in its first five days at the North American box office, according to studio estimates Sunday.

The third chapter in Summit Entertainment's vampire romance fell off sharply after debuting last Wednesday with US$68.5 million. That was the second-best opening-day haul ever, behind its predecessor, last year's The Twilight Saga: New Moon, which opened with US$72.7 million.

After that huge first day, Eclipse averaged about US$23 million daily over the next four days. That includes an estimate for a slow Sunday as people turned their attention to Fourth of July activities.

And they even "broke" the story this time that Pattinson and Stewart have been dating since the first film - which got them almost every magazine cover in the supermarket.

Which for some reason reminded me of the headline when the studio matched up Tab Hunter with Natalie Wood..."Natalie Wood...Tab Wouldn't".  No proof...just a feeling.

Doctor Who?

It doesn't matter.  These movies only cost $30 million a piece to make so the studio is still making huge amounts of money.  I am pretty sure we will get a Twilight 6 and 7,and maybe even an 8 and 9.

Because I refuse to watch this movie or subject any of our other reviewers to it until the eventual Rifftrax comes out (and I thought it'd be fun), we are doing a "Fan Review" of this.

Feel free to post a 140 character (or less) review on Twitter using the hashtag #owcreviews, or post it as a reply on the OneWallCinema facebook page here:  http://www.facebook.com/onewallcinema?v=wall&story_fbid=103619709696118&ref=mf

The "best" entries will be used in a review on our website.  Haven't seen it? No problem! Make something up!  We won't tell!

If you liked it or didn't like it, both views are fine.

You've got a few days to submit your reviews.  Have fun!
