Holy Jebus in a hush puppy, this one hurt.  Hurt hard.

I just finished watching Planet of Dinosaurs.
Absolutely hilarious!
Some great one liners:
- "She swims about as well as I can break dance"
- "When white men clap"

Action Batch

Halloween

I'm on the lookout for the BoogieWoman. She's waaaaaaay worse.

Finally got around to Transformers 2... LOVED the fact they actually noted how fucking crappy, bland, and generic the score was. The "letter to the movie's music" bit had me cracking up so much.

Recently finished The Bourne Identity.

I saw some people didn't much like this one, but I thought it was pretty good.  I don't particularly like Matt Damon, and all the square-head comments had me rolling.

I think that one contains my so-far all-time favourite Rifftrax riff: "WHY did you paint the door such a STUPID colour?!"

I was trying to remember that quote for the latest LoC but I couldn't remember the wording!  And the actual wording is funnier than my lame memory.  Haha.

Transformers 2

Very good trax.  Somehow they kept me watching this film, although I had to break it up into about forty minute chunks over the whole weekend to get through it.  I think it would be physically impossible for me to watch this whole film in one sitting, even with Rifftrax.  Every horrible thing I heard about this film didn't even prepare for how truly horrid it was.  I couldn't even begin to explain what was going on in the film. Even though I watched it in chunks, the last forty minutes left me numb in my extremities. It was just a wave of constant motion with no rhyme or reason or logic to any of it.  It kind of reminded me of the discombobulation I felt during those endless attack scenes in Matrix 3. Although, at least in the Matrix film you knew that all the machine thingees were bad.  In this movie I never had any idea which transformer thingee was good and which transformer thingee was bad.  The first Transformer film left me dizzy and uncomfortable. This one almost killed me.

I laughed a lot at much of the riffing.  If ever a film had it coming, it is this gargantuan mess.  Mike said it best when he quipped "This film is Battlefield Earthy in it's suckiness" or something along those lines. Even watching it in chunks, it was truly difficult to concentrate on the riffs in the last forty minutes of the movie.  During those forty minutes I felt as though my soul was being ripped out of my body. This movie is the Battlefield Earth of the 21st century.  I usually don't like it when they spend too much time talking about how much the movie sucks, but in this case I didn't mind.  I actually would've been disappointed if they didn't spend a considerable amount of time dwelling on how awful the film was.  A very funny riff if you can stomach the very awful movie.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerererer's Stone

This is an A quality track.  While I may not looove it, it is the guys at their highest quality.  See, I wouldn't normally consider HP perfect riffing fodder, but that doesn't stop MK&B from coming up with some incredible riffs.  Really, really glad they gave away those Chamber of Secrets trax plus all the hearty recommendations from those of the forum combining into the enticement of me finally getting around to this one.  Looking forward to HP2 and on.  Btw, Harry Potter and Whatever the Last One Was Released On DVD happens to be imo perfect riffing fodder.  I just hope they get around to it one day (as I'm sure has been mentioned ad nauseum).

Rest of my thoughts of this riff found in this thread.  Also, I'm trying to figure out a couple of these riffs.  Anyone know?

I am anxiously awaiting 4, 5, and 6, personally, because I think all three HPs are solid high quality riffs. "How is a flying car better than, say, a PLANE?" "Whimsy, Mike. Whimsy."

Fantastic Four - What a great Rifftrax. Just recently bought this movie for the Riff because I found it on sale. Really great throughout (although I think the sequel is a little better Rifftrax). The movie... I never thought anything could make me hate Invisible Woman more than the comics, but they succeeded. I also have to say that while Johnny Storm is kind of abnoxious, he is still the best part of this movie. He enjoys being a superhero, and wants to get out and do things with it instead of the other three emo idiots. The reason he comes off as douchy is because he (and all the other characters) are written so poorly. Had his character been written better, he would have been charming and much more fun. As it is, he's still fun, but mainly in that he is trying to act like how we would act if given incredible powers. I certainly didn't hate him like the riffers seem to.

"Oh, God. What has he been doing?!"

Yeah, Johnny and The Thing were about the only redeemable things about those movies - but of course, it helped that they're already such strong personalities in the comics. I actually preferred Chikilis' performance more, but that's just me.

And I will say I have slightly less hate for the 2nd movie ever since I realized the FX guys stuck in a few glimpses of Galactus' helmet buried underneath that cosmic cloud. I just wish the director had lingered on those shots a little longer so everyone could pick up on `em.

Still, the rifftrax's (rifftraxi?) are great.

Tried to watch Spiderman but the DVD was so scratched it wouldn't play smoothly. Alas! So we're going to try again tomorrow on a different DVD player (nice to have so many in the house). Haven't even seen the movie in a while so this will be fun!

I'm with you all the way. I love both of these trax, the first one in particular.  I remember some criticized the toilet  jokes.  You have to admit, though, that machine in Reed's lab sure did look like a giant Porta-john!
